3 x 1km efforts tonight at club plus relays, probably no more than 4 miles in total but not to bad considering still recovering from the weekend. Feels like a bit of a turn in training now and looks like I may be having a bit of shopping for trail shoes at the weekend for the next off road run at the end of July.
