After yesterday's epic fail with a morning headache I postponed yesterday's run. Was meant to be at club tonight but an incident with a left on set of lights and a flat car battery put pay to that. RAC sorted it and by the time I had sorted all those things I also aimed to do tonight I got out for my run. Jacket potato in ready for my return.
Splits: 9:08, 9:08, 9:16, 9:28, 9:46.
Hectic few weeks planned. A 60th and 30th birthday party, a day trip to York, work, and holiday bits to sort. Only away from Sunday to Sunday over jubilee week but already know fitting the longer runs in will be hard especially around everything else, I'm seeing a few double runs some days as I don't want to start loosing the training and it's consistency leading up to and including the holiday.
