It was the club handicap tonight but myself and a fellow club member decided to go out early as I had a lot of bits to sort out as in Manchester tomorrow. It was meant to be a gentle run but we seems to run a lot quicker than we expected. Good run.

Spent today putting training programms in my calendar to follow for the future weeks. Mainly starting a 16 week marathon programme when I get back from hold ready for Chester in October. Can't believe it isn't actually that far away.
