Tonight was 6 x hill efforts - well an obvious must before Pancakes.
Weighed in yesterday and scrapped back the 4lbs I put on last week with a 2.5lbs loss.
With club and not the usual speed I used to run to but it was consistent, I did enjoy it and feel a bit inspired to have a look at the racing calendar for the next few months. To see an improvement is great inspiration sometimes. I know it will take time to be back where I was but it seems to be onwards and upwards.
