4:45am- Usual early morning run on the tread. Scared the janitor when I came into the school this morning. Ran on the new treadmill in the fitness room while watching the end of HITCH. Cute movie. Felt fine and gradually increased pace from 8:20 to 7:15 by the end. Lunges before and myrtl afterward.
