      Ran barefoot on the beach last week with Sam. It was great! Got some minor blisters from the sand though.

      He got himself motivated. Stuck a treadmill in his basement and started puting the miles in. I think all his kids are married off so he finally has time for a work out schedule ;) I'd love to meet up for a race!
