      I run into a group like that at the beach on occasion, Last time I saw them I decided to wave and smile PLUS run straight down the center. They expected me to bow out of their way, but I didn't so we almost had a head on collision as I was waving and they were not! It was just a funny experiment I tried on them after not getting waves in previous weeks.

      I love your pace!

      Great job for using anger to fuel that run! It works every time!

      Wasn't it brutally hot yesterday? I got my run over with by 6:30am, but know people that were doing their track workouts in the evening with 97 degrees and extreme humidity! Really great job braving that weather!
