    Since the legs were shot from the half last weekend, we focused on upper body. Now my whole body will be shot tomorrow, lol :)

  3. After the half, I cannot walk today. Stairs have proven to be quite interesting. That is all :)

      My office is on the third floor and I don't allow myself to take the elevator anymore. I was moving at a snails pace the three times I went up and down the stairs today.

    Had an hour to kill in between work and picking up Ty from practice. Ran some of the trail at Millbrook and around the school.
