Amazing workout. Short and slow but absolutely no pain in hip/leg. Crisp 35 degrees and crystal blue skies. It could not have gone any better. I would have loved to go further but I'll ease back into things and I have a yoga class to get to :-)

    Juli - technically, no. Lisa, very! However, I kind of received a tongue lashing from my PT. She thinks I've started back to soon. I'm not going to go crazy with it. Try to follow her advice of more a walk/run to start which may just lead me to an elliptical.

    You sure don't want to end up not able to run for a long time. Listen to your PT!!! Elliptical is a good replacement. : )

    I've never done the elliptical or a spin class so my hope is to add these and only run one or two days a week for the next month. Short runs - 3 miles or less.
