    Simply a gorgeous day--but a little warm for my run! That's ok, I enjoyed the sunshine. Foot was mostly quiet. Last run before Big Sur!

    This was the farthest I've ever ridden on my bike. It went great. A little cold, a little windy, a lot fun. The best backup plan ever when you can't run.

    Fantastic! Splits: 7:44, 7:51, 7:38, 7:56, 7:42. Miles 2 and 4 were into the wind. My PF was very angry after this but my euphoria dulled the pain!
