good Pump iron, pound pavement 4.68 mi 00:34 07:10 pace

I find runs alot easie after a session of lifting weights. I read it in one of the runners mags. I suggest giving it a whirl. ....Not you Todd, I don't want you to hurt yourself....

Oh Matthew...Todd says he now has to kick your ass on the incline. Make sure you say a prayer and hydrate well. Not with Grey Goose either...that is for after:-)

I humped your mom once and then had to run away when you were about to show up. You're right - a work out before the run did improve my performance!

alright Breckenride Fun Run 3 mi 00:24 08:00 pace

Beautiful run thru trails and ski runs. Altitude of 9600 ft. kicked my butt! I really engourage everyone to get some training at higher altitudes before the WWR. DONT UNDER ESTIMATE its effect!
