Today's plan called for 10 miles easy, 10 miles steady, and 5 miles harder. The first 20 went off as planned (around 15 mph for the first 10 and around 17 mph for the second), but I just couldn't get my legs to keep moving for a harder last 5. Still tired from yesterday's steamer run, I guess, but I did eke out a sprint for the last 1.5 miles.
