Considering my appalling lack of training, I'm really happy with this race! I was quite nervous since this was my longest run since October, but everything held up well. I only walked for about 2-3 minutes at the end of each mile rather than doing my usual run/walk intervals. I'm pretty pooped though and looking forward to that post-race nap! :-)

Great to see so many dailymilers out there today! I've missed doing local races.
