  1. walk
    good Doggie Bimble 1.12 mi

Beautiful evening for a walk with the pups. Marigold spray kept the bugs of me and them!

  2. walk
    good Doggie Bimble 0.5 mi

Another early, muggy, buggy bimble with Diego and Floody. She only wanted to go halfway this time. Thankful I remembered big spray this time!

  3. walk
    good Dog Walk 1.12 mi

Foggy, muggy, buggy, doggie bimble. Nice to get it done early before work! The mist actually felt pretty good.

  4. RUN
alright Hoodie Run 2.13 mi 00:28 12:59 pace

Hot run, and I didn't bring water on my brick (dumb). Happy to stop at two.

  5. VELO
good Hoodie Ride 11.14 mi 00:57 11.7mph pace

Didn't feel like driving all the way out to DST alone so I hopped on my Fuji hybrid for a neighborhood ride. It feels a bit like Frogger with the traffic around here that doesn't care or ... read more

  6. walk
great Conference Walk 1 mi 00:19 18:30 pace

Nice little hike on a paved path in the woods by my hotel. Wish I could have run on it more this week but they kept us busy...

  7. walk
    great Pupper walk 1.12 mi

They really needed this walk after days of heat and storms.

  8. RUN
tired Striders Summer Series #1 4 mi 00:58 14:28 pace

Paid my annual Striders fee and jumped in the 4-mile countdown around 60 min. It was hot and I'm not in the best shape ever this year, so I figured there'd be some walking. Sure enough, b... read more

Nicely done Kim. How's Uncle D treating you these days? Life is so much easier without the mandatory, unpaid, work items. :-)

  9. walk
great Greyhound Central Hike 1.5 mi

Gorgeous morning to hike around the farm with the pups. Lots of boats out on the river already, not as windy today.

  10. walk
great Walkin' with Mom 3.17 mi 00:57 18:03 pace

Nice Kent Trails walk with Mom. It was almost chilly at 66 and breezy/cloudy - back home the heat index is 105!

  11. RUN
tired Kent Trails Run 3.1 mi 00:40 12:57 pace

#vacationrun Ugh, my body is rejecting all this good health. Who replace my Brooks with cement shoes? Started off slow, ended slightly less slow. I do love this route though.

  12. RUN
good Cutlerville Run 3.11 mi 00:38 12:15 pace

#vacationrun A little faster, a little farther, a little hotter, a lot sunnier. Time to tour breweries!

  14. RUN
blah Neighborhood Brick Run 3.11 mi 00:39 12:26 pace

Not my day today! Slow, crappy run but it's done. I think I'm just not feeling 100% today.

  15. VELO
    blah Trainer Brick 01:01

Drove all the way out to the Dismal Swamp for my brick and it started raining. :-( I'm all for running in the rain, but I wasn't enthused about the permanent mud stain on my favorite tank... read more

We got caught in the same rain storm half way through our ride. Kept hoping it would let up. Finally did, just before we finished. It was a very wet ride.

great Chesapeake Bay OWS 527 yd 00:22 72:58 pace

First OWS of the season - loved it! The Bay was so warm and there were no fishies bumping into me. Not very far or fast but I'll take it.

    • Stu A.

Okay, in English, an OWS is ... ? :-) One-Way Swim? (if so, are you still out there? wait, you just wrote to me... do you have a waterproof MacBook? )

    good 2014 CHKD Run/Walk for the Kids 5.12 mi 01:05 12:44 pace

The CHKD 8K is one of my favorite races even though it's usually heatstroke-inducing. Today's weather wasn't too bad. It was more of a big group fun run for me than a race considerin... read more

    Guesstimate on time and distance...

  20. RUN
good DST Brick - Run 2.01 mi 00:24 11:43 pace

Doh! Actually went 3+ miles but I hit "Stop" on my Garmin instead of "Lap" to get out of transition. Second time I've done that - duh. It was a good run too.
