      I have been an old lady for some time now and realize there is a direct correlation between said hamstring & low back!!! hopefully a passing glimpse of what is to come DECADES from now is all!!

    Ready for Turkey Trot 10K this week! Right side really felt sore and weak the last two miles. I should probably get that checked out. And lose weight. And cross train.

    Easy warmup mile by myself, then two with my running buddy, Diego. Our moving pace was probably close to 12:30; both of us were slow and stiff in the cold.
