    Woah! Faster than last week. SI joint still an issue. Expended a lot of energy swatting at deer flies! Isn't it early for those little $&@/?!!!

    Great ride! First half was speedy riding with Mike and Gabe. Second half by myself was not so speedy. Humid but not too hot yet.

    Gorgeous day for the first outdoor brick workout of the season! No wind, pretty happy with the pace. Every time I looked down, it was 16-17 mph.

    Plan: 10 min easy, 25 min steady. Walked about 3 min to warm up then gradually increased pace to 11:45. Sped up to 11:15 for last 5 min. 4 min cool down.

    Not sure what's going on with the app but I actually did 600 meters in 20 min. Not very fast but the Rec Center pool was warm and lovely.

    Started off doing my first run since Shamrock. Just wasn't feeling it so I just walked for 3 miles, enjoying the sunshine. It was surprisingly chilly and very windy.

    Beautiful spring day, tough run mentally and physically. Wind was brutal on Nimmo - good training for Shamrock. Glad this one is done. Onward and upward.
