      Thanks, Claire! It feels better already later today, but I iced it also. Think I'll stick to biking and walking for the next two days. I might have over done it for the last two weekends. Ran a tough 5K last weekend and this weekend 9 miles in two days. Not something this body has been used to, but trying to build up.
