great Masters - 1000 TT 2300 yd 00:50 38:15 pace
I'm on a recovery week now so I thought I would get some easier workouts. Well, yes, the volume is less, but the intensity isn't necessarily so. Today called for a 1000 yard time trial to get an ... read more

good Half Brick 56.38 mi 03:00 18.8mph pace
Today's ride on the trainer went fairly well, but with so much snow on the ground, I wasn't about to do the run. So I did some 100 ups after the bike instead. Have a great weekend everyone!

alright City Park 7.7 mi 01:02 08:06 pace
Okay run today. Couldn't get in a good rhythm and just felt labored, for what is normally not too difficult of a workout. Oh well, I know we all have those days and good ones usually follow.

Nice Job:
Way to stay with it in spite of Brian! You're really doing something when you stick it out on the tough days!

good 2 Hour Hills 14.67 mi 02:00 08:10 pace
I did 2 hours of hill work today. The idea was to go zone 2/3 on the uphills and zone 1/2 on the downhills. Felt pretty good, but it was a little windy. That and the hill work though is sure to ... read more

great Brick - Part 2 2 mi 00:15 07:30 pace
Really felt good on the run, despite the snow and wind. Luckily, most of the snow didn't stick to the sidewalks/roads so it was too bad. There were a couple areas of snow though, and of course, I... read more

The snow varies so much around here really. It already stopped today and the sun is out. Supposed to be in the 50s tomorrow. We're getting to the time of year where if we get snow, it doesn't last long with warm days following.

good Brick - Part 1 54.04 mi 03:00 18.0mph pace
I felt a little stronger on the ride today than I did in last week's ride...I guess that's a good sign. 3 hours is still a long time to sit on a trainer though.

alright Masters swim 2800 yd 01:00 37:42 pace
Not sure what it was today, but it was one of those less than ideal workout days. We all get them from time to time and I'm not complaining because I've been on a good streak for a few weeks. It ... read more

good Masters Swim 2900 yd 01:00 36:24 pace
I actually didn't feel all that great today, but I had a great result. I won't bore you all with the details, but I finally broke the 8 minute mark on my 500 TT. I was pretty thrilled about that.... read more

great Brick - Part 2 2 mi 00:15 07:40 pace
After the pain my legs were in at the end of the bike, I was shocked at how great I felt during the run. Once I got the first 100 meters done, I started to get the run legs under me and cruised. ... read more
