started off again legs tight and sore.so span and worked on position.when the legs felt ok went harder with big gear efforts, did sprint effort at back of swynnerton,tittensor.once on a34 again worhed on speed edurance with big gear efforts.once home legs felt hard and tight due to postion work,still tyred.still on 1 meal a day lost half a stone.cadence avg 86 max 129 fat burn 40% max speed 35.2 mph.
