after wot i had done yesterday i knew i was goin to suffer! started off legs tight and sore,rode on the front with noonsie into a gale.went at a tempo up the hills this didnt help matters,as we came into shawbury i had to sit on to wem.on the way back the pace went up slightly did a fe more turns again then had to sit on.got dropped at eccleshall.never felt so tyred.3 rides 3 meals in 4 days,lost half a stone? cadence avg 91 max 121, fat burn 45% max speed 29 mph.
