    I went for a run, I ran 15 min ok (pace 5m30) and then I coudnt keep up, I don't know why my asthma got worst, I need to see a doc before running again. :(

    Basketball for almost 2 hours :) I really felt the difference because now I can still breath after half hour of game ! 2 vs 2 is fun :)
