    Definitely a hike you don't want to throw yourself into (like I did), but I was fine. 3821 Elevation gain.

    Started to cramp around 1450, finished workout and called it quits. Was feeling pretty tired.

    Getting really sore, cut it short. Ready for a rest day for sure.

    It was rough. Third running day this week, felt a bit sore. Also threw in a mini ab workout.

    Threw in a hill, used my Runtracker (somewhat accurate), and did some stretching and a leg workout afterwards.
