    First time going both ways with no bus. I def had to walk up Genesee, which is hard enough on it's own. I may try coming up Avalon, but it's a long slog and the knee was hurting.

    Ugh, out of shape, that's for sure. My knee hurt the first minute, but after running for a bit it felt OK. I think I just need, lol, kneed, a warm-up.
