    The run went well, the weather was cold today and I try not to exert myself since there is a race coming up this Sat.

    Tuesday run with niketown, did a loop. Not sure about the time, prob ran a 7:30-8 min/mile

    Ran a 7min/mile pace, did 3 lower loops. The weather was just 20F and windy. This was the coldest weather I ran in. Even though I wore gloves but my hand still felt numb. It's a good workout.

    3 x 1.7miles lower loop. Sprinted for 2 lamp post and recovered for 1 lamp post, kept repeating for 3 loops. The sprint was around 7-7:30 min/mile pace.

    First run after the marathon. Ran with Niketown run, around 7:30-8 min/mile pace where we ran in a line and the last person tried to get to the front and kept repeating.

    Ran the first lower loop with Xi, I think we ran at 9 min/mile pace. Did the second loop faster with a 7 min/mile pace.
