August: About 3-5 hours/week. 180km: 10km Hike, 68km Run, 2km walk, 100km Bike. 10K run PR (yay!) But unfortunately, disappointed with my bike mileage though. Too low. Need to cut my runs and start cycling more. This month has the most runs :(

    Yah, but there should be RED colour everywhere! Not all blue, blue, blue.. It should look like - http://www.dailymile.com/people/wari/entries/2724424 last month where it's near 300km of cycling, and that's with a 3 weeks off time. Got an important bike race in October and I cannot be lazy.

    @Reggie: Thanks, that's my plan, and I need to do more roadie rides too, but my brother's forcing me to be on the MTB when he wants to tag along.. grr.

    Should be more bikes for me too. From 200km in July down to 80 km in August. Need to go on 40km rides.
