tired Bike Leg 2 11.04 km 00:23 18.2mph pace

Most miserable 11km bike ride ever. Can't maintain 30km/h at the start due to headwind, while I did better on the way back, it still sucked as when I tried sprinting, my thighs and calves were giving up, to a point of cramming, possibly due to lack of hydration and electrolytes from the run, so I stopped doing that. On a relative flat course, it's quite miserable. And to think I wanted to do 50km after running, LOL. If this is how a duathlon is going to feel like I'd probably die as there's 7 miserable km more to go (sprint series). Of course the duathlon I plan to be in is just 3km run, 18km bike, and 3km run, it's obvious that I have a lot of weakness in this area.

Yes the freaking headwind. I think hanging out with you guys will be the death of me. My ride was so bad it felt like a nightmare when i woke up today.

    Nice Job:

cycliong into a headwind can make you feel like your legs are lead and your going backwards!

@Mike, lucky my waking up don't feel so bad. @Azhar, maybe when you run out at night alone, you might find others doing the same, maybe have a chat with them :) @Reggie, thanks, though speed is not really my strong point. @Heather, I think our winds are very slow (~10km/h) compared to other places around the world, still it sucks to be in it :)

I don't mind snow, as a person who only experienced it for a week in Hannover, Germany :)
