Decided to do some brick today, just to have a feel of what a duathlon might feel like. So, running part comes first. 95% of the run I did with Selly and Marshal. Since they were doing their slow run, I decided to follow them. At the last KM, they told me to have a go, try to complete the last mile in 6 minutes. Of course that did not happen, and I cannot break my PR the last time. That last bit totally made the cycling miserable though.

    dude. u ran with your daughter before buka, had a huge-ish meal during and biked after this run. that's accomplishment enough as it is!

    Legs feeling like bricks after run I'd prefer to sleep. Yet you still ride your bike. Oh my. After that kind of torture, you should treat urself with your fave food for today's buka puasa. Nasi lemak is just not sufficient! :)
