Track and share your training!

Dailymile makes it easy to keep track of your workouts. Map your routes and share with a community of active people.

Just took a look at a century ride training program, and it looks heavy, really heavy. 10 weeks of cycling everyday, be it on the trainer or on the road. There's workouts everyday from 30 minutes high and low cadence work, to all out 4.5 hour rides.

It looks like a lot of work, should I follow the plan, which means cycling everyday (and some core training), or do I do what I feel like doing? Which so far, has been my strategy all along. Tips?
