Decided to do miCoach training run here instead of the usual hike. Set miCoach to not do full coaching (I know I'd be too slow), and did the 3X1 minute yellow zone workout. Turns out, I still scored 78%. Felt great overall!

You can't. miCoach is not really exportable.. What you see is from Garmin.
