Went well, felt like a much better pace but it was a lot cooler than it has been. 26C instead of up in the 30's. It made a big difference.

Much better today. I am repeating week 3 as breathing wasn't so good last week. ( and you have to do that!) Managed to push myself a bit further this time. So hope the week is cooler.

Good except for stopping for dog stops. I don't take her running with me, only walk each morning. Good way to wake up when you are walking past the sea.

It was motivating as I had my daughter and her boyfriend, who are both extremely fit, ride beside me doing my timing. They both said that I did well. Wish they could come every time!

OK, New Year and I have started off well. Cut out the red wine and have been walking and playing Wii Fit. I am now doing the boxing. I will continue on with my fitness!
