    Awesome long-medium run, with a nice 4.4 mile 1/2 marathon race pace kick at the end.

    This was a mix of hill repeats, hilly trail stuff and 4 miles of flat tempo. Fun.

    Was a blast, but man was I slow. No hills in a long time and no trails for a few years makes James grizzly on the north shore.
