You are doing awesome. Until very recently my walk was FASTER than my jog, and then they were even, only now am I starting to be able to speed up my running very gradually. It will come, slow and easy is the key I think.

5 miles at a fast walk pace...4.0! Not complaining but I am not exactly what I consider a runner more like a turtle jogger :) Slow and steady though right! Actually I am trying to figure out a good pace for myself.....if I go faster my legs feel right around 5.0 but I can't keep going and if I slow down my legs take a beating....frustrating!
