What a gorgeous day..... t-shirt weather for runners. By the time we hit the Crescent Beach hills they were a welcome change for the muscles. Ran a little too fast up the hills but I really like to charge them and I know that is bad (I try really had to stay on pace) but other than kept to the prescribed 11:30 pace.

way to attack the hills! it's fun to do that sometimes. leaves you with a sense of accomplishment (and a pukey feeling, ha).
