    Things were going good until I booked it down from Prospect Point and hamstring decided to talk loudly the rest of the race!!! I have to rethink fueling?

      that uphill and downhill at prospect point was pretty intense. sorry to hear you didn't have the best race. i still think you got a good time, though!

      I usually make my own and I couldn't get it down and then it wanted to come back!!! I couldn't even get the liquids down.... I may try to put the gu in my drink.....

    Hammies were still barking.......so I had to slow down did the 3.01 miles in 29:36.84 that is a 9:51 pace. Not happy with the pace.....but the job is done now
