Never imagined a few months ago that I'd ever, ever be able to complete this workout! Using the bands for the pull-ups/chin ups, but still feelin' it! And, yes, this is workout #2 for me today! A first! Long, long, day tomorrow that starts at 4:30am, so I knew I needed to get this in NOW!
