      Thanks, guys! I'm loving this hybrid Insanity/P90X I'm doing! Used the worksheet on the Beachbody site as a start, then have made some of my own modifications. Next week is already a "recovery" week". Actually this week was supposed to be, but I decided to put another week of effort into it first!

      Those bike pedalers and in-n-out in the beginning always rough up my hip flexors, too! Every once in a while, I'll feel a sharp pain in the end part of that sequence - it's my least favorite of that workout, for sure. But good job getting everything else in! Tony's right about Ab Ripper X: I hate it, but I LOVE it!

      Thanks guys! I've had very little time to do anything but just the workout----feel like I'm missing out on here! But, thanks for keeping me motivated, even if I've been lax in reciprocating!! Think I might swap the leg sets in this video w/ other favorite leg sets from other videos. (Chalean, Cathe....) . I'm just not feeling the burn in my legs. Going to experiment w/ it.

    Arms are shaking.......was able to shave off several minutes by working ahead---and was able to finish w/ time to spare!! Went heavier w/ fewer reps---that helped w/ time too!
