      I agree. The estimations always come overly optimistic. Maybe with some N.O.Xplode... I thought 90% was the usual estimate, but in this case that would still be high... Either way, still solid. Maybe it's just end-of season weariness?

      Yeah I think I'm just trying to get out of a fitness slump. I feel strong, but just not feeling "it". But I'm working on some other things to keep my fitness up and focusing on cx this fall/winter and just focus on next year. Season starts up in Feb cuz I get to race collegiate again!!!
