      I wanted sub-20. I ended up with 20:52. My 5K PR was 21:21 from last October. I need to rethink this running thing. It's very stressful.

      It is stressful ... don't get too hung up in big, quick jumps ... just keep pecking away. You're obviously doing well. Look at where you are and where you were. You're a good runner.
