    first cool run since we started XC. short, slow, easy miles. felt amazing in this weather. perfect for running.

  2. I really need to get better about tracking my mileage on here... I run 5 days a week and this definitely doesn't reflect that... need to work on that.

    warmer than I thought it was. 5 mile military loop with the faster group of XC kids. good pace considering it's 3 miles of hills/climbing. a few of those kids have alot of potential.

      !!!! you should totally get a bike! I am getting on in the next month or so. I test rode a few last night and see why people love it.. I'll keep his secret :) wouldn't want that to get around the woods.

      fitness first. a trainer there just got certified in CA. It's starting next week but it's one you have to sign up for monthly - I loved it and definitely felt it in my legs :)
