    That was cold!! When I left it was 14, feels like 4. Warmed up pretty quickly though. Not bad for my first run in wayyyyy too long. One stop to tie my shoe :D

    Put my weight vest on again and started at level 3, increased every 3 minutes one level until the time was half up, then started back down. It was really hard at the top!! Made it to level 12.

    Just doing a little more. Nothing too hard, just to get the legs moving again. I stretched for maybe 15 minutes after. I actually feel pretty good after my long run today!
