    working out makes me hungry, starving by the end. So I'm having an apple w/ peanut butter. Normally I would be having a Little Debbie Christmas Tree Cake and a Mt. Dew.

      It's the small changes that make the most difference!! Keep eating those healthy snacks and you will see big changes!! :)

      No More Trouble Zones. I haven't gotten in shape enough to keep up and do the entire thing at once. I've done the warmup, then one workout, alternating them. I REALLY REALLY want to get in shape and lose 20lbs! So hard!

      That's the one I do, it's a super hard workout!! Just keep at it, you're muscles will keep getting stronger.
