Great! Walked some laps and jogged some laps. Legs felt great, just get out of breath too fast. Took longer because I had to stop and take pics of a rabbit...lol

It's the small changes that make the most difference!! Keep eating those healthy snacks and you will see big changes!! :)

No More Trouble Zones. I haven't gotten in shape enough to keep up and do the entire thing at once. I've done the warmup, then one workout, alternating them. I REALLY REALLY want to get in shape and lose 20lbs! So hard!

That's the one I do, it's a super hard workout!! Just keep at it, you're muscles will keep getting stronger.
