Holla for my first really good double digit run in months!!! I think it had something to do with Kim S. running with me for the first 1.25 :) So nice to have a friend on the trail! And it turned out I had quite a few out there: so happy I got to see Corinne M, Les G., Steve Shep, Rich E. and of course, Neal T. Everyone looked strong!
My plan only called for 7 today, but I was feeling so good, I decided to redo my terrible 10 miles from last week and turn them into a terrific 10 miler this week. It was a success!
Splits: 13:08, 12:24, 11:39, 11:27, 11:36, 11:18, 11:40, 11:22, 11:45, 10:41. Excited for a strong last mile! Happy Saturday everyone :)
