Hot damn! This was my best long run since the Shamrock. I felt strong the whole time. Hit the trails at FLSP with Neal T. It was humid, but the temps weren't bad at all. I saw lots of smiling faces on the trail today, which is always a great motivator. Splits: 11:09, 10:58, 10:53, 11:05, 11:09, 11:09, 11:22, 11:09, 10:55. Happy Saturday!
