great Bike Ride at the Gym 8.15 mi 00:35 14.0mph pace

Hit the bike at the gym. I was excited to turn on the tv monitor on the bike and see one of my fave girlie movies "27 Dresses." That definitely helped keep me distracted. I'm really trying to get better at cycling and I was definitely a little bit faster, so I'm super happy about that.
Afterward, I grabbed a stability ball for 50 super mans, 15 hip to head bridges, 50 crunches, 60 cross crunches, 50 side crunches, 20 leg presses (60lbs).
