Walked a mile on the TM in my new Adidas Adipure Trainers. Love them! I haven't run in them yet, but I'm looking forward to seeing how that goes. After, I did my PT exercises: 10 head to hip stability ball bridges, hip strengthening exercises 5 x 15 each, 3 planks (reg, each side), 50 crunches on stability ball, 100 side crunches (50 each side) on stability ball, 50 supermans on stability ball, 5 x 15 ankle exercises with resistance band.
