    great run! I totally believe that a few days on the treadmill every once in awhile sorts out my running and the next runs feel so comfortable!

    late night run with lots of getting lost. I will be glad when the trails get more familiar. That said, the new trail made the 7 miles a little easier with lots of distractions along the way.
