    I made a couple pools of sweat on the basement floor with this run. I didn't wear a shirt due to some raw nipples. Aquaphor time for nipples and feet .Down to 190 lbs after this run.

      Thanks Elijah, just trying to get back to where I was. I've lost about 20 lbs but have seemed to platowed. Think I'm just building muscle and burning fat at the same time. I've also been doing tons of pushups and situps along with the running. Living in a hotel room for work makes it hard to eat right all the time.

      The new shoes felt good, not use to the cushioning after running the past month in my minimus. Wanted something that would feel better running on concrete, the minimus just dont cut it.

    Felt well rested after 2 days off. I pushed it on this run. I almost stepped on a baby copperhead about mile 3. Damn thing looked just like a stick. That'll keep you on your toes.

      I stopped and killed the copperhead. I didn't want to but I was afraid some kids might get to it and not realize it was a poisonous snake. It was stretched out sunbathing in the middle of the trail, looked just like a stick!
