I was suppose to be cycling but the valve broke on my rear wheel. Couldn't be bothered to replace the tube as I was running late so I went back to bed. When I got up again at 9am I did my run. Bit warm but felt good knowing I was burning that sticky date pudding I had for dessert last night ;)

I am glad you got to sleep in. I am wondering though, if I ate a pudding would I run 12km like a Viet rocket?

I wouldn't recommend it Tracy but that sugar high I got from it would definitely make anyone quicker :) I do listen to music while I run Lee, its more pleasant background noise more than anything. I can easily run without it come race day.
