    Finally a day where I could get a good run in. I did intervals to the Race Day Rush video again while Vic was on the bike......think I went further....lol. I feel great about my time by the way.

    Thought I was gonna bust it out tonight on the trainer but.......it just wasn't there tonight. I got the bug for being outside now and my outside tires are on the bike and they are slower and noisy. Maybe tomorrow.

      I'll second that Samantha! He is awesome! I have never had a pace time that fast!!! WOW! Maybe in my first km but never for my whole run! You really amaze me!

    Little go around the block with Vickey. She managed to pick up a four legged friend so I dropped back and nailed it with a full water bottle in the side and it stopped going for her leg. Lol.

    Good workout with the girls. I rode with Vickey whilst Samantha was running on the treadmill. We seem to have our own little exercise studio going....I'm going to start charging admission......who's in.

    Finally over the Norwalk virus. A great run to get back into it. Did the intervals to the Albion Hills vid like Samantha and it was fun. Might do a ride tonight now that I'm feeling better. YAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!
