    A fast-for-me ten miles at the gym doing a hill circuit. I was pushing for 17 miles an hour and just barely squeaked it out. Legs were tired for the swim, though. Decent brick, still.

      Great Cara! where do you swim? I have a Y membership and my "swim" bag packed in the car. Just have to make myself find the time.

      I swim at my gym here in Denver, Cherry Creek Athletic Club. They have outdoor and indoor lap pools. year round! It is such a great workout, but it is definitely harder to do when you have to lug all the stuff and shower and all of that. Luckily my gym has a really fancy locker room, so I don;t have to bring anything except my clothes and makeup to get ready. Makes for a lot smaller bag.

    1minute running at a 2 incline then 3 minutes walking at an 8 incline. Repeat. Felt SO good to be back working out!!
