    good Just a Short Run 13.1 mi 02:15 10:18 pace

    Ran with Acadia for the first 7 miles or so which pushed me to start out way faster than I normally would, but I couldn't keep it up for 13. Not a bad race, got some sweet shorts out of it.

    worked on maintaining a consistent pace. took it easy for the first 6, then went for a negative split -- *just* made it! (1:05/1:04).
