    Longest run of my year so far. I can tell my legs aren't used to the distance, but other than that it went fairly well. Only bad part was Chris's IT band which kept him from running this with me :(

      Thanks! I am still a shadow of my former self at this time last year... but after two stress fractures and some Achilles issues that have kept my running down this year, I'm hoping that I'm finally starting to get back on track.
