Track and share your training!
Dailymile makes it easy to keep track of your workouts. Map your routes and share with a community of active people.
Advise Needed: When I run, I tilt my head towards the right. Even though I have been working on my form since the past 6 months. I still have a slight tilt to the right. I read online that this could be due to weak psoas muscles (left side). Any suggestions? (BTW: when running I always think that my head is straight. Cannot make out that its tilted)

Viv - everything is fine as long as you and your body enjoy runs

I am least experienced on this one. Maybe some of the running gurus in Mumbai.

I can only suggest this:
Try to do a full bod inventory - head to toe - every 5 mins, while running.
access your neck and running form and correct it. try to slowly and gently stretch your neck side to side at every walking break .
i am sure there will be some genuine expert advice here or outside.
